We've never had an accident or injury happen, but need to have this waiver for legal purposes.
You will be given a waiver to sign at the start of your tour.
If a minor, under the age of 18, is joining us the parent or guardian will sign an additional waiver statement for that minor.

By purchasing a ticket(s) or reservation(s), you affirm that you have fully understood and agree to the following Waiver of Liability:
I acknowledge and agree that the activities in which I am about to engage involve physical activity which may from time to time be strenuous, and which carries the inherent risk of injury, including death. I must: (1) judge my own capabilities with respect to participating in such activities; and (2) consult with a qualified physician before beginning any exercise regime and from time to time thereafter pursuant to my physician's recommendations. I hereby assume all risk of injury, illness, damage or loss to me or to my property that might result, including, without limitation, any loss or theft of any personal property.
I, for myself, my heirs, my executor, my administrators, and my trustees, waive and release any and all rights and claims for any injuries and damages, including but not limited to demands or actions for negligence, premises liability, emotional injury, intentional conduct, tort claims, and any other actions or demands of whatsoever nature, I have or may have against Rock 'n Walk Tours LLC, Jon D'Amico, his agents, representatives, and all sponsors of any walk, jog, or athletic session in which I may participate. If a minor is participating, permission is given to seek medical help and treatment in my absence.
I acknowledge that I am aware that there are risks involved in physical activities such as walking, jogging, and running, and I voluntarily assume these risks.
Personal Responsibility with Alcohol: I understand that the legal drinking age in California is 21. Consumption of alcohol is optional and a personal decision. I agree that any alcoholic beverages I consume are my own choice and responsibility. I agree to drink responsibility and heed suggestions from others and will not drive if I am intoxicated. I acknowledge that I alone am responsible for all of my actions resulting from consuming alcohol. I understand that the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages (including checking identification to verify age) is the responsibility of the purveyor and that Rock 'n Walk Tours LLC, Jon D'Amico, his agents, and representatives are in no way responsible for the sale and distribution of alcohol.
