What if I'm going to be late?
__PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE. PLAN ON ARRIVING EARLY. PLAN FOR TRAFFIC.
__All tours leave promptly at the scheduled start time.
__Be aware that travel times in Los Angeles are often a lot longer due to traffic.
__Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time.
__You cannot join the tour along the route if you arrive late. Late arrivals are considered no-shows and a refund will not be issued.
What should I wear on the tour?
__Wear comfortable, closed-toe walking shoes.
__For safety reasons, open-toe sandals or thongs are NOT recommended. Please do not wear heels or platforms.
__It's usually sunny in L.A., but check the weather and wear layers if it's cool.
__Don't forget your sunglasses. Most days you will want to wear sunscreen and maybe a hat if you're sensitive to the sun.
What should I bring?
__You may want to bring a credit card or cash to purchase refreshments or souvenirs.
__Small bags only! Please do not bring backpacks/rucksacks, medium or large bags, oversized purses or shopping bags. They are not allowed in certain venues.
Do we stop to take photos?
__Yes! Jonny is a pro at capturing photos of your adventures on the Strip. He takes plenty of photos along the way and shares them with you after the tour at no additional cost.
__Please do not bring photography equipment, video cameras, retro-box cameras or long-lens cameras on the tour. They are not allowed in certain venues due to paparazzi and filming restrictions.

__The tour features details of the shenanigans that made Sunset Strip an iconic destination, so this adventure is most suitable for adults.
__Participants must be age 13 and above and all minors must be accompanied by adults.
Where do we meet?
__The tour starts across the street from Barney's Beanery in West Hollywood at the Sal Guarriello Memorial Park fountain.

__Your confirmation email will include location information, including details about meeting and parking.
__The tour ends at or near the starting location.
How long does the tour last?
__The time varies depending upon the pace of your group.
__The tours averages 3 1/2 - 4 hours from start to finish.
__Approximately 10,000 steps, so please wear comfortable walking shoes :)
What is the pace of the walking tour?
__We walk at a brisk pace because there is so much to see!
__There are some slight elevations and uneven sidewalks along the way that could be challenging if you have an injury that impedes walking.
Should I make Dinner Reservations for after the tour?
__Dinner Reservations are NOT recommended because the end time of the tour is not precise.
__The vibe of the Strip and the pace of the tour often influence the time we finish.
__There are plenty of choices nearby for a full dinner or a bite that don't require a reservation.
__Believe it or not, some restaurants charge up to $100 to cancel a reservation on the same night!

Is it okay to tip?
__Yes it is! Tipping is not mandatory, but is a great way to let Jonny know how much you enjoyed the tour.
Cancellations & Weather Alerts
__Customers will receive a full refund if the tour is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
__Jon will contact you before the tour if it is cancelled due to weather alerts, including extreme heat alerts.
__Contact Jon by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
